I have owned dell computers for years.... ordered my latest laptop, scheduled to be delivered no later than today.
I emailed them last Thursday on status only to hear that the order was on hold. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later (one of which was Today and promised it was arriving Today), I still have no computer and the last call just minutes ago was “let me be honest, it has not been shipped, please call back in 24 hours for your status.” I have no idea why I would want a computer from them....searching for my next laptop now, not a dell.
Customer service not that great at speaking English either...
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
