If you purchase a warrenty on a computer from Dell don't do it.When you call there service they do try to remedy the problem but wear you down in the process and you have to jump through hoops if you need something replaced.

They are more interested in renewing your warrenty. Plus you can not understand their tech people.

Here I am with a messed up monitor with warrenty left and did not get anything resolved or replaced.I was on the phone off and on all day and the last straw was they wanted to reconfigure my computer!
