We bought a dell computer in October.The trackpad was broken and the curser jumped around.

After spending 10 hrs on the phone trying to get it fixed through tech support ( who refused to connect me to a supervisor) they sent someone out. He left and it was still not working. After another 1hr phone call with tech support they fixed it but broke our wireless card. I have not been able to use it for my business which I run from home.

This problem has cost me several 100's of dollars in time and lost business.

This computer is a nightmare.I wil NEVER buy anything from Dell again

Monetary Loss: $1200.
