i ordered a dell computer online july 08 with no special requests, just one straight off their site.they charged my credit card and in two weeks they said it would arrive 7-10 days.

i waited two more weeks and nothing. i called them and they said it would be another week, so i waited and nothing. called them again and this went on until the beginning of september in which at that time i demanded a refund. they said it would take two weeks to process.

still nothing no computer and no refund.

i called my credit card company and they are now looking into it.buy a dell, welcome to ***.

Monetary Loss: $783.
