I have over 7 hours invested on the phone, online chats. All a waste of time.

The only thing they know is their script. Today I got a package but for the wrong person. Didnt even have the right order number. After two hours on hold for a chat for returns and the *** comes on and sez that department is closed.


Should have known after my encounter with the sales people. They were worthless.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with politely refused to correct error and stated that there is a room for improvement of customer support and escalation team non-existant. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of dell inspiron and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Dell needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
